Often the primary concern of parents who are separating is making appropriate arrangements for any children of the relationship.
Parents can often agree on arrangements without the intervention of a Court. If you are able to reach agreement we can advise you about how best to document your agreement, including by way of either a Parenting Plan or Consent Orders.
If you are unable to reach an agreement regarding parenting arrangements we can assist you with family dispute resolution or as a last resort, by making an Application to a Family Law Court.
